Why some people can charge 10X more

It isn’t because they’re 10X better.

Hi,

Last week I shared Jennifer Diepstraten’s AI tool that analyzes how you introduce yourself.

If you tried it, I hope it gave you something useful to think about.

But it also reminded me of something I’ve observed over the years.

Some people charge ten times more than everyone else…

…without delivering ten times more.

At first glance, that seems unfair.

Until you realize what’s actually happening.

They’re usually not selling more work.

They’re selling more certainty.

The buyer understands exactly what problem will be solved.

Exactly why this person is different.

Exactly why waiting is expensive.

That’s value.

And value—not hours—is what premium pricing is built on.

That’s one of the reasons I thought Jennifer’s upcoming masterclass was worth mentioning.

It’s less about “charging more” and more about learning how to package and communicate the value that’s probably already there.

That’s a skill every business owner eventually has to learn.

Whether you charge $500…

$5,000…

or $50,000.

If you’ve ever looked at someone else’s pricing and thought,

“They’re good… but I’m every bit as good.”

…then this session is probably worth an hour of your time.

One thing I particularly appreciate is Jennifer’s philosophy.

She isn’t teaching manipulation.

She isn’t teaching objection handling tricks.

She’s teaching how to make the value obvious before price even becomes the conversation.

That’s a much healthier way to sell.

And frankly, it aligns with how I think business should be done.

You’ll probably walk away with ideas you can use whether you ever decide to build a high-ticket offer or not.

Think BIG!

Ken

P.S. As we continue building Alex the Sherpa, this has become even more obvious to me. Jennifer focuses on how you position yourself before the conversation starts. Alex is teaching us something different: even great offers can die because the value wasn’t communicated clearly during the conversation. Both lessons matter. Check out her training »
