The leverage lesson

Revenue divided by the amount of crap you have to do to earn it

Here's a number entrepreneurs obsess over:

Revenue.

Here's one we don't obsess over nearly enough:

Revenue divided by the amount of crap you have to do to earn it.

Those are two very different things.

A $30,000 project that requires months of your team's time, meetings, revisions, customer service and fulfillment is not economically equivalent to $30,000 generated from an asset you already possess.

Like a relationship.

That's why the model Barry Plaskow and the Growbotik team are showing Thursday caught my attention.

Forget the label "affiliate marketing" for a moment.

Look at the structure:

You have the relationship.
Someone else has the solution.
Someone else sells it.
Someone else fulfills it.
You participate economically when the connection produces business.

That's leverage.

Now, Growbotik is making some pretty aggressive claims about what that leverage can be worth.

They're talking about agency engagements in the $30,000–$50,000 range and commissions that can run into five figures.

Do I think everybody who registers Thursday is suddenly going to start collecting $15,000 checks?

Of course not.

That's not how business works.

But I do think there's a valuable question here:

What could I monetize without adding more work to my life?

That's a question worth asking whether you ever work with Growbotik or not.

Barry and the team are showing us their answer Thursday at 2:00 PM Eastern.

Think BIG!

Ken

P.S. If your first instinct when you want more revenue is always "What else can I create?", try replacing it today with:

"What do I already have that I'm not leveraging?"

Different question. Often a much better answer.
