I burned my list once

Not intentionally. Just by following the common pattern.

I’ll share something candid.

Years ago, my email list grew to over 60,000.

And I burned it.

Not intentionally.

Just by following the common pattern:

Big push.
Revenue spike.
Fulfillment.
Silence.
Next push.

I wasn’t malicious.

I was busy.
And I didn’t think about my audience.

Over time, engagement cooled.
Trust softened.
Momentum faded.

The mistake wasn’t emailing too much.

The mistake was only emailing when I wanted something.

Serving isn’t just about selling.

Revenue isn’t just about the spike.

It’s about what lives between the spikes.

That realization changed how I think about business architecture entirely.

If your campaigns feel harder over time — even when your offer is strong — this may be why.

I’m sharing what I’ve learned tomorrow (Thursday).

Not for everyone.

For serious builders…who care about their communities.

If that’s you, secure your spot below.

See you Thursday,

Ken
