How I stayed sane at a plant medicine retreat
Totally off-grid in Costa Rica, then Edinburgh Fringe chaos. Here's the compelling business lesson...
Hey!
Last week I was completely off-grid at a plant medicine retreat in Costa Rica.
No phone. No laptop. No business.
This week? I'm in Edinburgh with my mom, trying to see 57+ different Fringe performances while coordinating logistics with military precision (if you haven’t been to the Edinburgh Fringe, you haven’t truly lived!).

Here's what saved my ass in both situations:
AI systems I set up BEFORE I left.
Not just for convenience...
But because I learned something critical about running a sustainable business:
If your business can't run without you for a week, you don't own a business. You own a job.
Email responses. Customer service. Content scheduling. Lead nurturing.
All handled automatically while I was doing plant medicine ceremonies and watching theater with mom. Zero fires to put out. Zero 'urgent' messages that couldn't wait.
That's not just freedom...
That's SCALABILITY.
In just a few short days, August 12 & 14, I'm getting 12 business owners to share the exact AI systems that let them step away without everything falling apart.
$97 for both nights ($8 per winning strategy…this is a no-brainer).
Because the goal isn't to work harder.
It's to build something that works without you.
Come join us!
Don't be the person still tied to their desk while everyone else is living.

P.S. Mom says hi. She's already planning which shows we're seeing tomorrow.
