The 5 Top Ways to Use AI to Boost Your Business That Aren’t Creepy or Scammy
The term “AI” can sometimes feel like a sci-fi nightmare waiting to happen, and the debates about the end of business (and potentially civilization as we know it) will rage on for who knows how long.
But AI is here and if you’re not using it to boost your business, you’re leaving yourself at a huge disadvantage.
AI can be your best friend in business, helping you work smarter, not harder.
Here are my top five non-creepy, non-scammy ways to leverage AI to boost your business:
1. Brainstorming New Ideas
When I hit a creative roadblock, I turn to AI for a fresh perspective. AI tools can help generate new ideas, offering angles you might not have considered.
Think of it as your personal brainstorming buddy. For example, when I was struggling to come up with a new campaign for a client, an AI tool suggested a theme based on current trends. This sparked an idea that led to a highly successful campaign.
I use AI for this newsletter very often as well—it helps me create the quotes and quizzes and helps me cut-back long articles into more readable posts (so you can get through it quicker!).
Created in 2 minutes with AI. On closer examination, these people need to see a dentist, but for a quick & dirty image (especially in a small format), it’s perfectly fine.
2. Enhancing Customer Support
Imagine having a 24/7 customer support team that never sleeps. AI-powered chatbots can handle common customer inquiries, providing instant responses. This not only improves customer satisfaction but also frees up your human team to tackle more complex issues. We’re building incredibly powerful bots for our clients that can boost customer satisfaction ratings up to 40% or more—as it gives better answers and doesn’t call-out sick.
We’re also developing some amazing travel bots for our PrideNomad Letter that are crafting some incredibly tailored itineraries (my itinerary for a trip to Tokyo was applauded by 3 different Tokyo residents!).
3. Personalizing Marketing Campaigns
AI can analyze customer data to create highly personalized marketing campaigns. By understanding customer behavior and preferences, you can tailor your messages to resonate more effectively. We can use AI to segment our audience and deliver personalized cold email campaigns. That can mean a 30% increase in open rates and a 20% boost in sales. This is built into the incredible AI tool we use every day!
4. Streamlining Administrative Tasks
Who loves admin work? Not me, and probably not you either. AI can automate repetitive tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and invoicing. Our bot developers thrive on creating AI-powered scheduling tools, which saves clients many hours each week, allowing them to focus on what they do best – growing their businesses. The ability to personalize and add fun to the dialogue can make it fun for everyone involved—and that’s what sells!
5. Optimizing Pricing Strategies
Setting the right price can be tricky. Too high, and you scare off customers; too low, and you leave money on the table.
AI can analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to suggest optimal pricing strategies. And it can do it faster and easier than any manual methods.
6. Generating Images
AI can instantly create great images—both photo-realistic as well as cartoon characters and more. I created one of my favorite logos in 10 minutes using Dall-e in Chat GPT. It was pretty amazing! Think about the time and cost savings you can enjoy!

These are just a few ways AI can be a game-changer for your business. It’s not about replacing the human touch but enhancing it. Embrace AI as a tool to help you work smarter, serve your customers better, and ultimately, grow your business.

Time to Create Your Own Economy (and Can Create Generational Wealth)
Everyone seems to worry about the economy—will things get better or worse? What will the upcoming election mean to you?
Guess what? With the right investment strategy, none of that matters…because you can generate dependable wealth regardless of what the news media tells you about the economy.
Now’s the time for you to create a steady stream of cashflow to support your lifestyle.
In other words, you need MULTIPLE streams of income to protect your financial position.
For instance, if you want to help people AND generate some significant cash, you might want to check out this presentation I did with Jason Palliser recently.
He’s got a revenue-generating system that is pretty remarkable. In fact, if you’re struggling with a business that simply isn’t going anywhere, this system could be more than investment—it could relieve the pain on a permanent basis!
We created the presentation for my PrideNomad community, but it applies to everyone who wants to create a location-free revenue stream.
I’ve been a real estate investor (and have trained real estate investors for over 3 decades) and I believe that there’s no better way (aside from your own businesss) to generate generational wealth than real estate.
Watch the presentation and see if you agree!

Avatar—More Than a Blockbuster Movie—it’s the Key to Your Fortune…
I know, I know. You’ve probably heard about creating an avatar for your business more times than you can count.
But here’s the thing: if you’re not using a well-crafted avatar, you’re leaving money on the table.
Why? Because a detailed avatar isn’t just a marketing buzzword – it’s the secret sauce to crafting messages that convert.
Why It Matters
Imagine speaking directly to a crowd versus whispering into someone’s ear. The former is general; the latter is intimate and compelling.
That’s what an avatar does – it helps you speak directly to your ideal customer. When you know who you’re talking to, you can address their pain points, desires, and objections with pinpoint accuracy, and THAT is where the money is made.
Three Compelling Reasons
1. Laser-Focused Messaging: A proper avatar ensures your marketing messages hit the bullseye. Instead of casting a wide net, you’re targeting the exact people who need your product or service.
2. Increased Engagement: Personalized content resonates more. When your audience feels understood, they engage more with your content, leading to higher conversion rates.
3. Efficient Ad Spend: Knowing your avatar means you’re spending your advertising dollars where they matter most – on the people most likely to convert.
ROI: Targeted Audience vs. Non-Targeted Audience
Let’s talk numbers. The return on investment (ROI) from a tuned-in, targeted audience compared to a non-targeted audience is staggering. When you market to a broad, undefined audience, you’re essentially throwing spaghetti at the wall, hoping something sticks.
This scattergun approach often results in low engagement rates, high bounce rates, and wasted ad spend—and you’d be shocked at the number of people that do this on a regular basis (even the smarty-pants gurus!!).
On the flip side, a well-defined avatar allows you to hone in on your ideal customers with precision. You’re not just attracting any traffic – you’re attracting the right traffic. This translates to:
• Higher Conversion Rates: Your messages resonate deeply, turning leads into customers more effectively.
• Lower Acquisition Costs: Targeted ads reach the right people, reducing wasted spend on uninterested audiences.
• Increased Customer Loyalty: When customers feel understood and valued, they’re more likely to return and refer others.
How to Figure Out Who Your Avatar Is
This is the sucky part for most business owners. But it’s also the most profitable part. Here’s a mindset hack—Consider it to be your treasure hunt.
You’re identifying the precise “location” of your ideal buyer/client. And once you’ve got that map created, you can create your marketing to access that treasure chest every. single. day. (yes, the periods. are, intentional).
1. Research Deeply: Gather data about your existing customers. Look at demographics, behavior, and psychographics. Conduct surveys, analyze customer feedback, and dive into social media insights.
2. Create Detailed Profiles: Craft a profile that includes age, gender, occupation, income, hobbies, challenges, and goals. Give your avatar a name and picture to make them feel real to you. Write your ad copy directly to that individual person (NEVER write your copy in the plural!!).
3. Understand Their Journey: Map out their buyer’s journey. Understand what triggers their need for your product, the obstacles they face, and the solutions they seek. The more your target customer feels you understand them, the more they’ll be happy to work with you.
How to Create It Effectively
• Start with the Basics: Who is your ideal customer? Age, gender, location, job title?
• Dive into Details: What are their pain points? What keeps them up at night? What are their hopes and dreams?
• Behavioral Insights: How do they interact with your product or service? What channels do they use to find information?
By investing time in creating a proper avatar, you’re not just filling in a marketing exercise. You’re building the foundation for all your marketing efforts. This clarity translates into compelling sales copy, effective marketing campaigns, and ultimately, a more successful business.
