Thought of the Week
"The real test of entrepreneurship isn’t how well you can cherish a victory, but how gracefully you navigate the setbacks. It’s not just about building businesses, it’s about building resilience."

Today’s Business Impact Quiz:
What failed product, known for its disastrous market launch in 1985, led to a stunning corporate turnaround by reintroducing its original version just 79 days later?
UP FRONT:
Our TotalPreneur Philosophy
Here at The Institute for TotalPreneurship, we use technology to work from anywhere and often travel frequently. We value flexibility, creativity, and independence in our work and our lifestyles.
Regardless of what work you do, there are a few fundamentals that you should always remember.
1. Lifestyle First.
As an entrepreneur (or better, a TotalPreneur), you’re making a courageous choice (more on courage next week) to live a life that most people only dream of. So it’s important to design your life to get the most joy and satisfaction from every day.
This includes taking care of your health (physical and mental) and your relationships so that you can fully live your best life.
2. “Work” Less. Live More.
It’s been said that while others live to work, the French work to live. We believe that if you love what you do, you’re not working. You’re thriving and living your passion.
That said, we always advocate that you focus on efficiency, automation and outsourcing so you can get the most out of the experience.
3. Be an Investor, Not a Worker.
Michael Gerber, in his legendary book, The E-Myth, famously advises that you should work ON your business, not IN your business. My buddy Dan Martell advocates that you should Buy Back Your Time: Get Unstuck, Reclaim Your Freedom, and Build Your Empire.
Damn right, Dan.
The bottom line is that YOU need to be in charge of your financial and career life, not the other way around.
That’s why we advocate the philosophy that you should be an investor in your business and your lifestyle.
We’ll be bringing you suggestions and recommendations on how you can take more control of your financial life.
From real estate and financial investments, to the best ways to invest in yourself—in your business—we’ll cover it all for you, so that you can create complete economic and lifestyle independence.
By the way, if you think that you’re not in your own business, think again. Even as an employee or independent contractor, you’re selling your time for money. Yes, you ARE in business for yourself!
This publication is one such strategy.
Email newsletters can be a massive foundation for a current business, and can also be a standalone business all together, generating multiple 7-figures on an exit (Morning Brew recently sold for $75 million, for example).
Next week, we’re running another (and final) Launch Your Newsletter Challenge, where participants will actually launch their own newsletter in less than 5 days (actually we’re starting this Friday with a “Day 0” Bonus Session for high achievers).
You can still get earlybird pricing (less than a buck a day) to discover how you can create your own media empire as you turn the planet into your playground.
The Bottom Line.
Now more than ever, you need to have control of your lifestyle options. A firm financial foundation is the first step. In fact, we’ve coined the phrase “Financial Self-Esteem”.
We’re committed to being your cheerleader, coach and advisor to help you get the most out of your TotalPreneurial journey.
And if you’re still considering what sort of business to get into, we’ll help you get from that voyeuristic dream to your own wild & crazy reality!
Join us for the Launch Your Newsletter Challenge and discover how you can tap into the massive possibilities that were never available to you before (including the power of AI to make it all possible!).

A Super Special Invite—This Week Only!
As you may know, printed newspapers have been on the decline for decades.
But what you may not realize is that they’re being replaced by email newsletters.
And these newsletters are thriving…and selling for gazillions! (Yes, that’s a technical term).
And you don’t need a large newsletter to make large revenue.
Dr. Chris, a dentist from Mississippi, sold two of his $ 4000 training programs with his 2nd issue (that's $ 8 grand if you're doing the math)!
David C. Baker runs his newsletter from 61 acres of farmland in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with just 13,000 subscribers.
He generated $ 1.7 mm last year.
Bottom line—you can launch and benefit from a newsletter faster and easier than ever before.
In fact, I’ll challenge you to launch your first issue in just 5 short days!
Come discover how you can do more than just build a brand and create influence…you’ll generate revenue and authority…and you’ll build what could be a totally location-independent business catering to YOUR most satisfying interests.
It’s the Launch Your Newsletter Challenge, and it starts unofficially on Friday (the 10th) with a “Day 0” bonus session…and officially it runs from Monday-Friday next week.

TIP OF THE WEEK:
Niche Down, Thrive Up: Build Your Expertise Business
Ever feel stuck in a soul-crushing job, yearning for adventure and the freedom to design your own life?
Take Brenda, for example. Stuck in a cubicle, her graphic design skills were underutilized. The corporate world offered little flexibility or creative freedom.
But then Brenda discovered the “Expertise Economy”.
She honed her skills in a specific niche – designing social media graphics for small businesses.
Through bite-sized tutorials, engaging social media content, and a free downloadable guide, Brenda built a loyal following.
Soon, she was offering premium coaching programs and online courses, helping fellow entrepreneurs elevate their brands. Now, she designs on her own terms, from a beachside cafe in Bali.
Brenda's story isn't unique. The Expertise Economy is full of similar tales of escape and empowerment.
Is this the best office in the world?
It's a world where flexibility, creativity, and independence are the building blocks of a thriving business—the foundation of what we stand for.
How to Become a Totalpreneur Rockstar
So, how can you leverage your expertise and join Brenda on the path to freedom? Here's your roadmap:
Identify Your Niche: Forget being a generalist. What are you ridiculously good at? Focus on a specific area and become the ultimate resource in that niche.
Create Bite-Sized Brilliance: Ditch lengthy lectures and create short, high-impact content. Think blog posts that deliver value in minutes, videos that reveal industry secrets, and social media content that sparks curiosity.
Build Your Tribe: Social media is your playground! Utilize it to spread your content, join relevant online communities, and actively engage in discussions. Cultivate a following of true believers who resonate with your message.
Develop Premium Offerings: Once you've established yourself as an expert, create premium offerings that solve specific problems and help your clients achieve amazing results. These can be coaching programs, online courses, or in-depth consulting services.
Leverage Your Email List: Build an email list to connect directly with your ideal client. A regular newsletter becomes your communication channel, a powerful tool to share exclusive insights and announce your premium offerings (any wonder why we’re so focused on using a newsletter as the foundation?).
The Takeaway
The Expertise Economy offers a fantastic opportunity for those with a special skill or knowledge to build a thriving business.
By strategically positioning yourself as an authority, creating valuable content, and building a loyal following, you can design a life of freedom and fulfillment fueled by your expertise.
Now go forth, share your knowledge, and build the business of your dreams!
YOUR NEXT STEP:
Consider joining us for The Launch Your Newsletter Challenge. If you want to create a profit-generating, authority-building asset to bond with your audience and grow your business, this is one of the best ways to do it.
And the best part--we'll get you from concept to your first published issue in just FIVE days!

Quiz Answer
New Coke.
Coca-Cola introduced "New Coke" in 1985 in response to losing market share to Pepsi. However, public backlash was so severe that the original formula was reintroduced as "Coca-Cola Classic," leading to a resurgence in sales and solidifying its market dominance.
